Privacy Policy
Pagan Ulver asks for very little, and this page explains exactly what happens to it. It covers the two newsletter forms on the Shows and Shop pages, the form on the Contact page, and the rest of the website.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form, and only when you choose to fill one in:
- Newsletter sign-up (Shows and Shop pages) your name, your email address, and the updates you ticked: new music releases, upcoming shows, merchandise updates.
- Contact form (Contact page) your name, your email address, the subject you choose, and your message.
Nothing else. The site has no accounts, no payments, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. The only thing kept in your browser is a temporary sessionStorage value that carries a search from one page to the next; it never leaves your device and it disappears when you close the tab.
Why we collect it
Two reasons, and no others:
- To send you the updates you asked for "shows, releases or merchandise" and nothing you did not ask for.
- To read and answer the messages you send us.
We do not build profiles, we do not sell, rent or trade your details, we do not share them with anyone for marketing, and we never use them for advertising.
Cookies and other services
The website sets no cookies of its own. Fonts, icons and styles are served from this site's own servers; the Music page embeds a player from Spotify and the Gallery embeds videos from YouTube, and those providers may keep data of their own when they answer. The site also links out to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Linktree, which run under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
For as long as you want to hear from us. Email us at any time to unsubscribe, to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, and we will act on it and confirm.
Changes to this page
If the way we handle your information changes, this page changes with it.
Contact
Anything still unclear? Write to us using the form on contact and we will answer plainly.
